|Description:||The word America means a lot of different things to people. In this workshop, students will write poems reimagining patriotic and cultural texts as well as poems about their own America, which they can take home with them.|
Enrollment opens one month before the workshop, and has a 20 student max. A waitlist will be started once sign-ups are full.
|Teacher Bio:||Miranda Tsang is a multiethnic writer and educator from San Francisco. She has received scholarships from Community of Writers at Squaw Valley, Bread Loaf, and Kearny Street Workshop. Her writing is published in Lumen, Public Pool, and The Offing.|
